Dear all,
I am writing a program in "Access XP", I would like to add two options for printing.
Here is my scripts as below:
Private Sub 275_Click()
DoCmd.DoMenuIte m acFormBar, acRecordsMenu, acSaveRecord, , acMenuVer70
DoCmd.OpenRepor t "Report - Bill Lading - Laser Print", acPreview, "[Bill No] = Forms![Form - Bill Lading].form![Bill No]"
DoCmd.PrintOut
DoCmd.Close
//Now it can be printed out with a Laser Printer. If I press the "print" button, I want to print out another option, such as print to PDF or another printer.
Thank you!

If I try to make any changes to the ASP.NET Portal Starter kit it fails with
an access denied error.
This was working when I left last week and is failing today. I don't
remember changing anything, but I guess something had to be changed. I
have checked NTFS permissions and the ASPNET account has full control on the
parent directory of that XML file and on the file itself. I have also
checked in IIS, and the Virtual Directory has...

I have an ASP.NET page writtein in VB that uses ADODB. I just had to
force-install MDAC 2.8 after I tried to rollback to 2.6 (my web host uses
this, and I wanted to be compatible with them.) I had to manually install
all of the ODBC drivers and the rest of the DLL's, and now I am getting
"Access is Denied" errors on any page that uses ADODB.
How do I fix it? I already gave the ODBC drivers in the folders in
"c:\program files\common...

I'm a Notes admin tasked with fixing an Access problem. I hope someone
will be gracious enough to help.
The database is getting a 3420, object not defined, and I need to find
all the places where the object is referenced.
In Notes, I'd just get a synopsis which shows all executable lines of
code in the entire database.
Does Access have a similar function?

Hello All,
Our application write logs to a file in a folder. Before our application
starts writing to that file, I want to check if the current user has write
access to that file, for example, "c:\temp\LogFile.txt".
I see several articles for setting file access permissions, getting file
access permissions for a given user or current user - but the current user
could also gain write access to the same file not just by explicit permssion...

Anyone know how to rename the "Exit Access" command at the bottom of
the Office menu. I'd like to rename it to "Exit" as I had done in
previous versions of Access. I know I can disable it with
<commands>
<command idMso="FileExit" enabled="false"/>
</commands>
.... but what about renaming it?

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it.
Here is my compilation command:
g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp
Here is the code in...

Dear forum friends,
With the development of smart home technology, a variety of wireless communication protocols have appeared on the market, such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. Each protocol has its own unique characteristics and advantages, but as a user who is planning to build a smart home system, I am a bit confused by the choice of these technologies. I'm particularly interested in Zigbee because I've heard it does some...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own....
Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...
