I'm stuck with following problem. Using webbrowser control I try to make
custom-made request. I found working example of this written in VBS but
porting it to Python doesn't seem to work. The key is navigate (or
navigate2) method, that accepts PostData as one of it's parameters.
As stated in reference:
"The post data specified by PostData is passed as a SAFEARRAY Data Type
structure. The variant should be of type Array and point to a...

Hi,
My application is a MDI and for each document, I create a WebBrowser control
and call Navigate2 to get the HTML view of each document.
I have tried opened two documents and Navigate2 to the same ASP page. I
find that I get the same sessionId of these two view and the data of these
two documents are screwed up.
Do you know why the two WebBrowser controls have the same session id? (is

Hi,
I'm currently playing with a custom composite control at the moment and I
can get it to get the posted data back in the control - however not the way
I want it to.
If I specify the control ID property as something like "fieldname" the
control behaves correctly during the PostData phase and the posted value is
stored in the control.

I am using the webbrowser control with the navigate2 method. I have a
problem when i pass 2 times the same url to the navigate2 method. I will

How would I implement the IDispatch interface to handle the following in
VB.Net
<BEGIN>
Controlling Download and Execution
The WebBrowser Control gives you control over what it downloads, displays,
and executes. To gain this control, you need to implement your host's
IDispatch so it handles DISPID_AMBIENT_DLCONTROL. When the WebBrowser
Control is instantiated, it will call your IDispatch::Invoke with this ID.
Set pvarResult to a...

Greetings,
(.NET 2.0, WinXP Pro/Server 2003, IE6 with latest service packs).
I've decided to take advantage of the layout characteristics of HTML
documents to simplify my printing tasks, but of course it's thrown up a
whole host of new issues...
I'm generating a multi page printable document in HTML from my app, and
displaying it in a WebBrowser control. I've looked into using some CSS

Hi, there
We have currently a Java Applet based solution that we would like to
rewrite to a .NET solution.
The scenario is the following:
1. Starter Client application opens up a web browser window and
makes a HTTP request with a big raw postdata to a remote server.
2. In this web browser window a Java Applet based application shall
start and he will retrieve the posted data and he will work with it.

Most computers default to English, but sometimes we require a different language, especially when relocating. Forgot to request a specific language before your computer shipped? No problem! You can effortlessly switch the default language on Windows 10 without reinstalling. I'll walk you through it.
First, let's disable language synchronization. With a Microsoft account, language settings sync across devices. To prevent any complications,...

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it.
Here is my compilation command:
g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp
Here is the code in...

Overview:
Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Dear forum friends,
With the development of smart home technology, a variety of wireless communication protocols have appeared on the market, such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. Each protocol has its own unique characteristics and advantages, but as a user who is planning to build a smart home system, I am a bit confused by the choice of these technologies. I'm particularly interested in Zigbee because I've heard it does some...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own....
Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...
