VB 6 to VB.NET conversion

I have some legacy VB6 code that does not compile as is under VB.NET.
Can anyone point me to resources that discuss changes to VB6 required
to port them to VB.NET

The visual studio IDE has a converter , wich also shows Todo`s if it can`t
convert automaticly
