Express edition

What is the "catch" here?

Are there restrictions on its use, I cannot see any on the MS web page
but I do not want to download it then find I cannot use it.

I saw that, perhaps my question was not specific enough!

Can it be used for commercial purposes, can the software produced by it
be distributed. I mean these in the legal sense as well as the physical
sense.

Yes, but it lacks some of the features of the full version of the VS.NET
that will be useful for commercial development.
