Strange exception after windows service shuts down

Hello all,

I have a Microsoft VB.NET 2.0 windows service that throws a strange error a
few seconds after the service logs the "Service stopped successfully"
message. I was wondering if anyone could offer tips as to how I could go
about debugging this.

This is a multi-threaded windows service. I've checked things like open
file handles, and they are all closed before the threads stop. I've also
installed the service on multiple machines. The only thing that differs is P3
& P6 in the error message below. Strangely enough, P9 is the same on 2
different machines (a windows XP box and a win2k3 server).

Below is the error message from the Windows XP machine:
Event Type: Error
Event Source: .NET Runtime 2.0 Error Reporting
Event Category: None
Event ID: 5000
Date: 11/30/2006
Time: 5:36:41 PM
User: N/A
Description:
EventType clr20r3,
P1 hybridenrollmentservice.exe,
P2 1.0.0.0,
P3 456f69c6,
P4 hybridenrollmentservice,
P5 1.0.0.0,
P6 456f69c6,
P7 18, P8 32c,
P9 if2kqpmkbiyloiigzqv4ukgfrz3wqoqr,
P10 NIL.
Thanks for any guidance you can offer
