Playing Wav-files over 2 soundcards in VB.NET

Hi all,

How can I play 1 wav-file over 2 soundcards but they have to start at a
different time.

Take a look at BASS (there's a .NET wrapper): http://www.un4seen.com/

BASS should provide you with all the functions you're looking for.
