Include Multiple Bind Values

I am using VS 2005/VB to build an ASP.NET page and I want to modify the
contents of a label in the Formview to display "FirstName LastName" instead
of showing the FrstName and LastName as separate labels. I tried the code
shown below but it displays only the value of LastName? How should this be
coded?
