Launch Tour Version and Trial Version

Does anyone know the actual version of VS 2005 that will be distributed at
the VS 2005 Launch events? Also, will there be an equivalent "trial
edition" available for download while we wait for the launch events to
arrive in our city (Denver will be Dec 7th.)?

Thanks,
Mike Ober.

At the Seattle CodeCamp, I heard from a couple folks including Ken Levy,
a Prog Mgr on the Visual Studio's XML Tools team, that the complimentary
copy to be distributed at the Launch events will be the Visual Studio .NET
2005 Standard Edition (and that it's essentially all of the Express editions
in one). In Ken's talk specifically, that means it includes the XML Editor,
but not the XSLT Debugger (included in the Professional Edition).

The express (excluding VWD) editions cannot connect to SQL Server, it
can only connect to the express edition of SQL Server. At least that
is the way it is with beta 2.
