About .net application name

In WindowsXP, the registry will save ran application name in the sub key
"HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Shel lNoRoam\MUICache"

Any .exe files created by have the path, but have no the value(.exe
file name), why?
