I know that System.Web.Mail can help to send email. I wonder there is any
way to retrieve email using VB.NET? Thanks

You can use the Microsoft.Office.Interop.Outlook assemblies to automate
Outlook. Have a look in MSDN for an article entitled "Building Outlook 2002
Add-ins with Visual Basic .NET" as a good starter
