new to .NET, multilingual project with events

P: n/a
Hi all,

I have been studying various sample projects about multilingual winform
applications, and I have figured out most of it. I have started migrating
some code from vb6 to and I am wrapping the code in simple classes
(instead of public modules).

What I want to do is this: create somehow a public event (say
"UICultureChanged") so that everything that is loaded (forms, simple classes
etc) will be notified; at this, they will update their private resource
managers to reflect the new culture on the fly.

I am a little at loss, as how to best do it. Any clues, source code? Maybe
this idea is wrong anyway? Any other alternatives?
