Yes, if you can wait until next year. Visual Studio 2005 help is integrated
with the MSDN web site. You can configure the new help to always use the
Internet, always use local or use a hybrid approach. The last one uses the
internet if it is available, otherwise it uses the local copy.
Now when it comes to VB.NET 2002/2003 I think the answer is no.

Just a thought - is it possible to configure Vb.Net to get context help
(when pressing F1) from the web? I can imagine not as Microsoft would do
themselves out of some revenue but I thought I'd ask.
