XML Serialization

Hi,

I'm attempting to Serialize a simple Class using XML Serialization.

The following code resides inside the Class I am trying to Serialize.
I have made sure that:
the Class is marked as <Serializable()>,
that I have a reference to System.XML,
that I've used Imports System.IO and System.XML.Serialization at the top of the Form that contains this Class.

Public Function ToFile(ByVal Filename as String) as Boolean

Dim FileStream As New FileStream(Filename, _
FileMode.Create, FileAccess.ReadWrite, FileShare.None)

Dim Formatter As New XmlSerializer(GetType(PointData)) 'THIS IS THE LINE THAT CAUSES THE ERROR

...

However, every time it tries to run, I simply get a System.IO.FileNotFoundException (on the line Marked), with SEEMINGLY RANDOM DLL FILES HAVING BEEN NOT FOUND

So far I have had,

qlalqkdq.dll

sw6f5iqm.dll

...which both look like a whole load of rubbish to me, and I'm sure they are, BECAUSE THE NAME OF THE DLL I'M APPARENTLY MISSING KEEPS CHANGING!

I'd include a screenshot or two if I could, just to prove that this *weird* error keeps on happening!

Any suggestions anyone?

Tim Boalch.
