This is the wrong newsgroup, you would be better off asking the question in microsoft.public.pocketpc.

It all depends on how you want to connect to the Internet, WiFi, GSM, GPRS. There are lots of alternatives.

Hi chethana,

I used the Emulator , and in that all I had to do was setup the Proxy and
thats it.

Have you tried setting up the Proxy Settings of your PocketPC Internet
Explorer.

Incase you dont use the Proxy, I beleive you will need to setup the network
on it, which should ensure connecting to the internet.

Above all steps assume that you already have a network with internet
connection confirmed and your host computer is connected to internet.

Hope it helps,

Thank You.

Hi..RawCoder,

Thanks for reply.

Yes.. i did proxy server settings of Pocket IE.. but no success.
I get messsage "Remote connection exists ....." and also "page
you are looking for not found" when i try to browse...!!(internet
was connected and pocket pc was synchronized when i tried..)
Will u ..plz..Tell me something abt emulator to
internet..........?

While trying to connect to internet through emulator , Is it require
to keep connected Desktop pc to the internet..?
Or emulator will directly connect(Dialling process..).internet...?
Which Modem have u selcted "Hayes compatible on COM1" ..? or "Generic
IrDA modem"..?
And Emulator should be kept synchronized with computer.....?
