WebBrowser in form; Show URL that is protected with a windows logon.

I have a form that I want to display a webpage. The catch is that the
url is protected with a address like this:
Http://MyLogin:P@[e-mail].

If I go to the page via IE[www.securesite.com], I am prompted to fill
in the username and password dialog. I get in fine. When I try to
hardcode the url using URL encoding I am denied access.

How do I send a username and password to this dialog box? Do you have
any example code?
