State holidays

In .NET, is there an easy way to determine State Holidays, such as
Thanksgiving, Memorial day, etc?
Any reference is appreciated.

Can we just stop beating this dead horse?

Just to prolong it a little longer, This reminds me of the Try Catch Thread
