Application error - devenv.exe

Hi,

I am building an app in Vb.Net. This project uses a
active X Control built in vb 6.0. After loading the
active X Control if i try to close my project i get the
following error -

devenv.exe - Application error
The instruction at "0x0c5d9f05" referenced memory
at "0x00000030". The memory could not be read

The event log lists this error as -
Faulting application devenv.exe, version 7.10.3077.0,
faulting module dao350.dll, version 3.51.1608.0, fault
address 0x00019f05
Kindly advise where can be the problem
Thanks
