Visual Studio .NET Enterprise Architect 2002

Is it possible to write software for the PocketPC 2002 and 2003 with this
Visual Studio version?
Of is it only possible with Visual Studio .NET ent. arch. 2003? (and eVB
3.0)

The 2003 version is more integrated, but there are downloadable tools from
Microsoft for you to use. If you can't wait 6+ weeks for the 2003 upgrade,
or for some reason you are not eligible for the upgrade you can check out

you can do compact framework programming using VS.NET 2002, by
seperately downloading and integrating the CF into VS.NET 2002
