passing variables / data between windows forms

i have a combobox that when certain items within the combobox are selecteda new windows form pops up

on this new form i need to pass data back to the original windows form butim unsure how to go about this is it possible to use return like in c++ oris it even easier

Try using the Model-View separation pattern. It is much
better to have your "business" logic in a business object,
rather then in your GUI. It is not a good OO practice to
have GUI widgets talking to GUI widgets (or even more, to
have GUI's that don't have any Model's behind them.
