Hi
I have created a User Control Containing a Panel and Rich Text Box. The
Panel
contains some other controls used for formatting the Text entered in the
Rich Text Box.
My Requirement is that The Panel has to be visible only when the User
Control got Focus and the Panel should not be shown to user when the User
Control lost its focus.

Hello everybody,
I Have a piece of code for a Pocket PC that has a
disabled and hidden textbox control at startup. It is
enabled and set visible programatically. The cursor is
captured calling the focus method.
The problem is: the focus is lost almost inmediately. I
can't type in anything.
See the code below.

I have a situation wherein i have a text box, that has abc() being
executed whenever the lost focus event is triggered. However, there is an
exceptional case where, if a button click causes the lost focus, I do not
want abc() to be called. Is there a method by which one can find out which
control is triggering the lost focus event?
I have a keyboard shortcut for the click handle, and the lost focus handle
does not get invoked if I use...

Hello,
I work with a third party control that provides the ability to load
within it Winforms controls and providing a multi document interface
such as the one in the VS.Net IDE.
I find that adding a handler to the user control's got and lost focus
works when the user control does not have any other controls hosted on
it.

The problem:
I want to know, definitively when a slider loses focus after a user has
started sliding and hasn't released the mouse yet. It appears that
this is captured with the WM_ACTIVATEAPP message but this only goes to
the form and I want it in the user control that maybe very much removed
from the form's knowledge; i.e. the form may launch a 3rd party form
that, upon a call back, decides to launch other form that has my user
control...

When processing the OnGotFocus event, I need to know the window/control that
lost the focus. Is there a way to determint this?
With MFC, you could use OnSetFocus which passed you the window that lost the
focus. It there something similar with a c# control.

Dear reader,
On the event "Lost focus" I make the ComboBox invisible but the massage pops
up
"You can't hide a control that has the focus." But this code is written in
the "Lost focus" event so the combobox has not longer the focus regarding
this event.

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it.
Here is my compilation command:
g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp
Here is the code in...

Dear forum friends,
With the development of smart home technology, a variety of wireless communication protocols have appeared on the market, such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. Each protocol has its own unique characteristics and advantages, but as a user who is planning to build a smart home system, I am a bit confused by the choice of these technologies. I'm particularly interested in Zigbee because I've heard it does some...

Hello
I'm a network technician in training and I need your help.
I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs.
The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols.
I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
