Hello,
How would one go about detecting which row/column was clicked in a datagrid.
I'm sure it can be done but I can't figure it out.
Thanks

Hi all,
In my project I have a ListView and a ColumnClick event is added to
sort the clicked column. I want to have a Context Menu when the
ColumnHeader is right clicked, but I find no way to detect the right
click of ColumnHeader.
I wonder if someone can give me some hints or suggestions. Thanks
:)

Hi,
I have a Windows datagrid that's attached to a filled datatable. The grid
also has a tablestyle. Since the data from the grid comes from a
datatatable, how can I retrieve the data from a specific table row once a
user clicks on a grid row? I already have the code that lets me know what
grid row the user clicked on, but, for example, if I want to retrieve the
value of the 5th column in the grid, I'm currently using myGrid.ToString()....

Hi,
I created an ASP.NET Datagrid where a single row can be selected by clicking anywhere on the row (according to http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/library/en-us/dv_vstechart/html/vbtchTopQuestionsAboutASPNETDataGridServerControl.asp, Selecting Rows by Clicking Anywhere).

I need some help here. I'm creating a list on a page where the list is
created from a dataset with two tables linked with a datarelation. The
first table is a list of groups while the second table is a list of items in
that group. I want to show these items in what would basically look a lot
like a tree view. I decided to just show everything in a placeholder
control on an aspx form. First, I display a groupname from the first table...

I have a DataGrid with a templated column that displays ImageButtons. I need
to know if one of these buttons caused the postback or just another button
on the form. If one of these buttons caused the postback than I don't want
to do a DataBind otherwise I do.
I know __EVENTTARGET doesn't return this information. Is there anything else
that does?
Thanks,
Joe

I have a DataGrid with a Template Column. In the ItemTemplate I have an
ImageButton. I want to have the user select a row by clicking on the
ImageButton.
When the user clicks an ImageButton, how can I tell which row he clicked
on, and then change the image for the ImageButton in that row, and make
sure all the images in the other rows are default?
I have two Images, one of a button in the "Up" position, and another of
the same...

With a multiple column listbox, I'd like to be able to change the sort
by allowing the user to click on a column. Is there a practical way
detect in which column the user clicked?
I know this could be done with a datasheet subform, but I was hoping to
be able to use the listbox.
Any suggestions?

Hi
I have a DataGrid that has a DataView as its DataSource.
I need to detect when a New Row is added or when a Row is Deleted so that I
change data in the underlying DataTable.
I found that MyDataGrid_CurrentCellChanged doesn't fire on a deletion or on
a New Row if there was no previous rows.
Can someone advised the simplest way to detect row additions or deletions?

Dear forum friends,
With the development of smart home technology, a variety of wireless communication protocols have appeared on the market, such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. Each protocol has its own unique characteristics and advantages, but as a user who is planning to build a smart home system, I am a bit confused by the choice of these technologies. I'm particularly interested in Zigbee because I've heard it does some...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own....
Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

Hello
I'm a network technician in training and I need your help.
I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs.
The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols.
I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
