Hello,
I have an asp page that has a function that connects to an Access database.
I am using Javascript. Is there any way to reference the field name in the
database through a variable in a sql statement?
For example, in my function I have:
var dayofWeek = "Friday";
var sSQL = "";

Does the term 'host variable' cover a variable locally declared in a
SQL-PL stored procedure?
I am asking this question in the context of the SELECT INTO statement.

how to send an xml dataset to a Stored Procedure in mssql
I have an xml file that I read into a dataset.
and I'm trying to use a stored procedure (see SPROC #1 below)
that inserts this xml dataset into an sql table via OpenXML.
Nothing gets inserted into the sql table except nulls,
so I think that perhaps I'm not actually sending the (xml)...

I need to bind a variable to a select query and send this query to
oracle database.
I have the value to be send in a variable but that variable has to be
binded to the query as the database I am hitting is a siebel related
which is resulting performance issues if variable in not a bind
variable

Hi folks,
The problem I have is that a query string works if hard-coded but
if I pass a variable to it, it does not work as shown here.
This works:
querystring="SELECT * FROM USERS WHERE CNAME = 'MICROSOFT'"
This does not work:
Dim var as string

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it. ...

These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then...
