Hello,
I am trying to find a way to create a scheduled task or
service that will copy my local profile folders
under "Documents and settings" to a network drive. This
would allow me to restore my settings if my profile became
tampered with or corrupt. Is there any sample code
available out there?

All,
I have a situation where a Server exists in a stand alone workgroup
on an Active Directory domain. The server can access domain resources
with the correct domain security information provided (for example I
can map a drive from the server to a server in the AD by connecting as
a different user and providing credentials that the AD can

I'm trying to find a way to add a whildcard application mapping to
aspnet_isapi.dll in IIS programmatically.... been looking into IIS
administrator reference but didn't find the right function to use.
The equivalent GUI steps would be, open IIS, select my
application->properties, app configuration, in whildcard application mapping
type the path to aspnet_isapi.dll.

My problem is that I want to set file permission on a file on the
network using WMI, but the folder might not be mapped which ,as far as
I know, WMI needs. So my solution to this would be to map the folder
in runtime, but for some reason WMI does not seem to get that I have
done the mapping. I still get a "Not Found" exeption. If I check the
mapping from within the code it exists.

specified file to the remote server. I've imported the SDK API

I am actually trying to get the UNC path of the main module of a process
running from a mapped drive, and I am trying to do this from a service. The
ProcessModule class only provides the full path with the mapped drive letter,
but the drive letter refers to the drive mapping for the user that started
the process, and cannot be resolved to a UNC path from a service running
under LocalSystem.

MapNetworkDrive in scripting languages, but i'm not sure how to do it in C#.
It doesnt seem like C$ would use MapNetworkDrive.

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
