or look at shelling out the "rasdial" command.
Syntax is:
rasdial /?
USAGE:
rasdial entryname [username [password|*]] [/DOMAIN:domain]
[/PHONE:phonenumb er] [/CALLBACK:callba cknumber]
[/PHONEBOOK:phone bookfile] [/PREFIXSUFFIX]
rasdial [entryname] /DISCONNECT
Where "entryname" is the name in the Dial up Connections list.

Hi there,
I am using the SQL managed provider in ADO.NET to fill a dataset with a large number of records. I periodically get an exception with the description "General Network Error" when trying to fill the dataset. The problem occurs rarely. I've searched Google and have seen many posts dealing with this problem. The typical culprits are:

Hi All
I'm writing scripts in VBS fore years. But now I've to
write a tool in Visual Basic .Net which has to connet to a
Windows domain. I know how to do this in VBS but I don't
find a way in VB.Net. I've no idea how to logon to the
domain via Net.Socket. It is not necessary to map a
network drive. I can transfer data via UNC names.
Can...

Hi folks,
I am having a problem using PHP to launch an application on the server.
All the basics work, but I cannot launch more than 4 instances of the
application. This application functions as a server itself, and I
specify the port number when I launch it, so my theory is that I am
reaching some limit on network connections.
This is...

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".

Overview:
Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For...
