Dear All,
somehow I remember that such or similar question was discussed already
somewhere. But I can't find it anymore.
I have a template calling itself. As long it goes deeper into the
hierarchy (by the key) I can set the CurrentY parameter by itself +
some constant correctly. Hence which each call the CurrentY gets
bigger.
But when the template reaches a leave and the caller is poped from

hello everybody,
is there a way of creating an array with help of a function that would
accept the name of this array as a parameter and then create global
Array type variable of that name?
so that for example the following code would work as well in browsers as
under Windows Scripting Host:
str = "tableA";

Hi all,
i want to create in my asp.net application a custom server variable, so i
can retrieve later in other pages (even asp or perl) with
request.servervariables("HTTP_mycustomvariable")
i've tried with response.appendheader("mycustomvariable", "somevalue") but
this doesn't work, or the variable scope is limited to aspx files, not asp
or perl.
So there is a solution with my problem, event with a external vc++ program?

I was wondering if it is possible to dynamically create a structure.
Something like this:
public sub main
sql = "Select Col1, Col2 from Table a"
dim al as new arraylist
al = LoadOracleData(sql)
'____Do amazing things

Using javascript closures to create singletons to ensure the survival
of a reference to an HTML block when removeChild() may remove the last
reference to the block and thus destory the block is what I'm hoping to
achieve.
I've never before had to use Javascript closures, but now I do, so I'm
making an effort to understand them. I've been giving this essay a

I want create an instance of an object which accepts a Data Reader as a
constructor. I realize that I could create a gigantic case statement in
which I test for each text name, but that case statement would be rather
larger and I would have to revise as new classes are added or removed.
Another variable will tell me the namespace that I will find the class in.
So I would have a case statement which would evaluate the variable for...

Hi all,
I'm trying to create a system where it reads a number of records from
a database and then creates a row in the GUI that contains a single
field from the database and a button that has a reference to the
record. This way, once the task has been accomplished, the button can
be pressed next to the field and a time-stamp is placed into the
database.
Can anyone point me in the direction of either a tutorial or

Sorry for the completely uninformed question, but I'm trying to create a variable with a function that passes part of the variable name by an argument like this:
function doit(testvar:Object):void {
var this = "Overview";
}
doit("test");

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it.
Here is my compilation command:
g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp
Here is the code in...

Overview:
Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own....
Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

In this session, we are pleased to welcome a new presenter, Adolph Dupré who will be discussing some powerful techniques for using class modules.
He will explain when you may want to use classes instead of User Defined Types (UDT). For example, to manage the data in unbound forms.
Adolph will...

Hello
I'm a network technician in training and I need your help.
I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs.
The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols.
I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
