How to modify it's value while Enumerating?

Hi,
I would like to modify the object's value while enumerating but I get this
error
Additional information: Collection was modified; enumeration operation may
not execute.

This is my code:

Dim icom as MyOwnStructureO bj
Dim MyEnum As IDictionaryEnum erator = Myhash.GetEnume rator()
While MyEnum.MoveNext ()
icom = MyEnum.Value
icom.myOwnPrope rty1 = "change value"

Myhash.Item(MyE num.Key) = icom ' Error occurs here
End While

Thanks

If it's a value that the enumerator uses, you'll need to use Index based
iteration.

Hi There I am probably missing something fundamental here, but I cannot see a method to search the values of a generic dictionary so that I can find the key ? Of course I could enumerate through the Values collection but that seems a little long winded. I ended up using a sorted list because it has the IndexOfValue method. However I don't need the sorting.

Is there any way of enumerating all printers, including network printers in VB.NET? printing.PrinterSettings.InstalledPrinters only enumerates printers attached to the local workstation. Thanks.

For any given type i want to know its default value. There is a neat keyword called default for doing this like object x = default(DateTime); but I have an instance of Type (called someType) and something like this cant work object x = default(someType); Is there any nice way of doing this? I dont really want to write a huge switch block enumerating all types in .NET !

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. Here is my compilation command: g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp Here is the code in...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own.... Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

Hello I'm a network technician in training and I need your help. I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
