How can I find Miscrosoft SQL Sever 2005 notepad?

I am just beginner in miscrosoft sql sever. I'm using sql sever 2005, I don't know how to find notepad in my sql sever 2005. I studied some tutorials from you tube, they just copy and paste some codes for query excuted from their notepad, so I also want to do like that, but I don't know how to find my notepad in my computer. This is the main problem for me so please help me how can I find it. I hope your help .

It's normally found from the Windows Start button by going to All Programs then Accessories.

The SQL Server comes only with a query window that you can use as editor. You can copy, paste and save it just like a text editor. You can also directly execute a query inside this query window.

What I do is I use a third party editor, called EditPlus. You can actually just use Notepad as your editor and copy-paste your code in the query window and execute it.

Lol. OK, but don't be surprised to get an answer about Notepad when you ask about Notepad ;-)

As CK says, you're probably talking about the Query Editor window in SQL Server.
