New version of AbaPerls available!

I have uploaded a new version of our in-house load and build toolset to
http://www.abaris.se/abaperls/. This is the third public release of the
AbaPerls tools. It's all freeware.

The toolset inlucdes a bunch of bells and whistles for loading SQL files:
* Preprocessor,
* Check that all referenced objects exists
* You can use user-defined types in temp tables and table variables,
without having the types in tempdb.
* You can have different collation in the database without clash with
tempdb.
* WITH ENCRYPTION can be added for an individual load - and you can
configure a database that WITH ENCRYPTION is default for that database.

There are also stuff for building databases and generating upgrade scripts
from the information SourceSafe.

But it is an in-house tool, so it is primarilly targeted to our needs,
so a lot things you might expect are missing.
