Merge data in SQL Server 2000

1 New Member
Hi,

I want to merge two databases in SQL Server 2000.

Can you help me out regarding the same.

For e.g. I have Database A and Database B, both containing the same tables and same number of tables but different data.

I want Database C to have data from both Database A and Database B.

How should I do this? what is the technique?

Also I would like to consider a case wherein both Database A and Database B are having different table structures. Then the technique to combine data from both Database A and Database B would differ. Please let me know what all things need to be considered in this case.

Please let me know regarding the same.

Thanks
Kunjan.
