noob sql learn! web interface and sql express!

Hi

I have some knowledge of SQL!

Here is my situation:
Need to create a db that can be accessed from a web-browser(after
logging in) access the tables and other information for reports and
add/removing information without running any manually typed queries,
just button and text etvc!

Any info welcome!
