Passing date fields from form to Access ADP Views

I have a whole bunch of forms that have an unbound StartDate and an
EndDate field that I have used in MSAccess MDB databases as parameters
in queries (ie tblEvent.StartD ate > Forms!myFormNam e.StartDate.)
So, now I'm migrating this beast over to and ADP/SQL Server project
using Views and Procedures.
How do I pass the value in Forms!myFormNam e.StartDate to a Procedure
and get something that looks like:
If tblEvent.StartD ate > Forms!myFormNam e.StartDate then ...
Any help is GREATLY appreciated. This is a major problem before I can
move ahead with this beast!

Send it in using the form's InputParameter property. Set the form's
recordsource to the stored procedure.

Hello all, I have an Access database linked to SQL Server tables and Views. When I upsized the Access tables all the yes/no fields remained the same, i.e., I see a check mark or not. When I create a yes/no field in SQL Server, I see a 1 or a 0. I would like the new SQL server fields to show me a check mark in the Access front-end. Is there...

Hi, In my application I get lots of different sorts of information from databases. As such, a lot of information is stored in DataSets and DataTable objects. Up until now, I have been passing around chunks of data in DataTables/DataSets, simply because that was the format that they were in when the data was taken from the database. Now,...

Hi all, I've been teaching myself C# for a new project at work. I have a bit of a background in c++ and java but never been what you could call a guru. I'm having some strange things happening when I pass a class as a parameter to a Windows Form. Basically, I have a class that has several fields, two of these fields are an instance of an...

I must start this posing by making the point that I am NOT a VB programmer and I'm something of a Newbie to MS Access. I can program in a number of languages (Java, Javascript, PERL,PHP and TCL) but have never actually learnt VB so my request is that you bear this in mind if you plan on replying to this post. My request for help is as follows:...

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not.
