Hello,
I have a format issue on an Access 2000 ADP report that I am going to
attempt to explain from a 'ten thousand foot view' :
I have an Access 2000 ADP report that has a SQL Server 2000 Stored Procedure
as its record source. The Proc is called MM_rptTeacherGroupingTest_sp. In
order to help communicate the issue I am having with the report, please take
a look at the following:

I have a report where one field tends to be rather lengthly and ends
up being several lines long while another field has several short
entries. The problem I have is that the first of the short entries is
aligned with the record's other entries, but subsequent entries are
listed below the first record.
Does anyone know how I can get rid of the annoying gap between the
first and second entry for that one field?

Hello.
Using A2K SP3, I am having the following problem with a report using
"Sorting and Grouping".
I have recently added a grouping in the reports for
"Category2<>'CONTRACTS'".
I have reports at the plan (overall totals), department and division
levels which have sorting and grouping implemented with this new

quick summary: i'm having problems trying to group fields in a report
in order to calculate percentages. to calculate percentages, i'm
comparing the results from my grouped fields to the totals.
first, let me say that this is a really long post. i wasn't sure how
much information/ background to provide, so i thought more was better
than less. i tried to delineate certain areas so that it would be
easy to peruse my posting and find...

I'm having trouble building a query to gather the information I need
from a table. I need to be able to assemble an inventory report that
displays receipts, output, and running inventory from a table named
tblHistory.
My setup:
I am running A97. I have one table called tblIssues linked in a
one-to-many-relationship with a table called tblHistory. The tblIssues
table contains the issue header information, while the tblHistory table...

I'm running into a frustrating problem.
ASP.NET 2.0 web application, against SQL'05, I'm trying to run a report
against a 'table provider' (query) that excutes well within SQL MGT studio,
and within the data environment.
However, when the report is executed in a web report viewer, the report
engine comes back with:
An error has occurred during report processing.

I've produced an Access application for a client. For one report, text
gets cut-off at the right margin when we print the report. It does this
only when we print; it doesn't happen when we view the report in
preview mode. Also, it occurs only at the client site; it doesn't occur
at my office or on any other computer I've tried.
I can describe the problem best with a specific example. (This is a
contrived example, but it is faithful to...

Hi to all,
Well, I am working on dotnet 2005 with crystal reports 10 and backend
as sql server.
I am facing a problem while loading a report.
Actually the issue is, when I load report it takes huge time to load a
report whether it is a 1 page report or thousands page report.
We have migrated the project from VB to VB.NET, in VB its working fine
because in that report is loaded page by page but in VB.NET whole
report is loaded in one go.

Hello
Here is my issue, I created a crystal report using a data set from my
xsd. Then I created a page with the crystal report viewer control and
bound the report to it.
When I try to view the report on the browser I get a logon page even
though my dataset has a connection string saved within it. When I
preview the data in the dataset I see it no problem. however the
report doesn't seem to know that the dataset is there or that the

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it.
Here is my compilation command:
g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp
Here is the code in...

Overview:
Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Dear forum friends,
With the development of smart home technology, a variety of wireless communication protocols have appeared on the market, such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. Each protocol has its own unique characteristics and advantages, but as a user who is planning to build a smart home system, I am a bit confused by the choice of these technologies. I'm particularly interested in Zigbee because I've heard it does some...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own....
Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

Hello
I'm a network technician in training and I need your help.
I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs.
The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols.
I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
