You did not stipulate what you are developing, or the code language that you are developing it in, or the operating system that you are developing that on, or how new, intermediate, or advanced you are in developing. So, my answer is forced to be generic.
Do a duckduckgo.com and a google.com search for +"developer", +"blog". Check out the results of all of the top 30 listings. See what they talk about and check out their attitude toward beginners. Make a list of which blogs you like and why. Then pick the top 4 and try them out yourself. After maybe 3 months you will probably end up with one favorite for your specific needs and have maybe 2 or 3 others that you tolerate.
That is how it can be done. But you have to do it yourself. Someone else's blog choice probably will not fit your needs even close. You have to do the analysis and chose.
