How to refer to Python?

I am writing a paper where I refer to Python. Is there a paper that I
can refer the reader to? Or just use the Python web page as a
reference?

I´d refer to "The Python Language Reference Manual", Guido Van Rossum,
Fred L., Jr. Drake
Network Theory Ltd (September 2003), ISBN: 0954161785
