I have done this with success befor, with a workaround command line tool.:

I want to integrate a code beautifier for C++ in the development
process of my company. There are many beautifiers around which would
meet our formatting requirements (SourceFormatX, SourceStyler, ...)
but those are based on a GUI and thus require a developer to do this

After doing two PQsendQuery() calls, I get the
"another command is already in progress" error.
The two calls I am doing are an update, and then an insert, in that order.
I am doing this for speed, since my program can't afford to wait for the
answer from the first to complete before making the request for the

I have a command line tool that I would like to run from my .NET web
application using System.Diagnostics.ProcessStartInfo. I run cmd.exe with
this and then pass the command to run the tool as an argument to the process.
When I try this from a Windows application it works fine, however, when I do
this from my web application I get errors.
Both applications are running under the same users so am not sure if it is a
permissions problem.
