How To Upload a Dummy Image into Database..?

Hello Every One Please tell me...

how can I upload a dummy image into the database when user does not upload any image from registration form......

I already created the database and registration form and the information and image are also getting successfully save into the database but when user does not upload any image from the database then its showing error:

Error: Error in uploading file. Please try again....

what i want is a dummy image should get save into the database along with the id.....

please tell me some idea or logic.....

1) Check if the user submitted a file.

2) Use an if structure to use the file they submitted if the above is true. Else use your default file.
