How to decrypt md5 password in php and mysql data base ?

Hi everyone, im trying to send the passwords to users that have forgotten them, but because im using md5 scripting it do not return the real password.
Is there any form of reverse the scripting and return the real password.
I will attach the file for sending password to user

nope, not possible due to hashing being a one-way encryption (that's why they are liked).

your best bet is to hand out a new password that the user has to change within the next x logins.
