I want to create a game similar to utopia. Check out:

anyone willing to help would be awesome. It can be written in php, perl or
whatever else you want. I will promote this and help create the website for
it with the hosting. We can split the profits 50/50 once the game is up and
running. I have lots of experience with promotion and marketing and and can
create web sites but I don't have the time.

What makes you think there will be any profits? If you are so sure,
then you should be able to find financing and pay a regular wage to the
programmers. If not, then it sounds like pie-in-the-sky.
