Hi,

I have found the above articles and read through. But I couldn't make any sense of it and I can't find any steps on how to do? Any suggestion. Thanks.

We need to know more about your system to be able to offer anything beyond that. Like which OS you are using, and which HTTP server you are using PHP with (if any).

For example, on Unix systems you would re-configure and re-make PHP to enable this, but on windows you *may* be able to just download the DLL and enable it in the php.ini
