Best Solution for Social Network Site

hi everybody,

what is the best solution to develop a social networking website like, myspace or orkut? What framework should be used? Which is the easiest and fastest way to build a social networking website with a databse.

im sorry i forget to write dat if i wana use PHP/MySQL based framework.i will be thankful if my thread will again be placed under PHP section of this forum

Still, I don't see that this is a strictly PHP related question, but nevermind.

You're question has no definite answer: there are many PHP frameworks, and it's all a matter of preference. The best advice I can offer is try the most common frameworks (codeigniter, cake, zend, etc) and see what feels best for you. If you're looking for a small learning curve, I'd suggest Codeigniter.
