Is exist metod to calculate work hours for implementing project. May be some
hours per
kb ?

Somebody want to hair me to do project but I dont know how much hours I will
spend.

Yes, there is. It is called "experience".

What you are asking is something like "how long does it take to get from
New York to Los Angeles?". We all know that it is roughly 3000 miles
(the size of the project to be done). What we don't know is how you
will get there. Will you travel by jet non-stop, by plane with two
stops, by car on superhighways, by car using back roads, by horse and
buggy, or by walking.

There are too many variables. It depends upon how experienced a coder
you are and how quickly and accurately you work as much as it does upon
the work itself. Only you know the answers to those questions.
