How to pull data from mysql into a php webpage

Hello,
I am new to php and databases, we have an intranet and I have
installed apache, mysql and php. We want to index, catalog and serve
mp3 files from a web page using the above mentioned software. Could I
be directed to tutorials that would explain how this is done.
Thanks,
Yarda

Hi there,

Here is one of the webpages which I've used:
http://www.tizag.com/mysqlTutorial/

So far, I recommend it. One the left side you've got links to PHP
tutorial too. Give them a try.

Additionally, here is also second webpage, which is also pretty good,
check this out:
http://www.w3schools.com/PHP/DEfaULT.asP

For future reference I honestly recommend google.com, just type what
you are looking for spend "some" time looking for your resources and
that's it.

Regards,
K

Thanks so much for everyone's input, I did try different keyword
combinations on google but did not come up with specific entries to
link and pull the data from mysql, probably I did not query the search
engine properly.
