Sessions and transfering the values of checkboxes in another php file

this is the sample of my script:
I have 2 forms being called in one php file. the first form is used to store values to my database. the second form which is at the bottom used to call a report which is supposedly would contain the values of my checkboxes inside my first form. the form on the bottom is calling the download.php file in which it should store the values of my checkboxes and transfer it to "download.php" being called by the form at the bottom.

please help me as i really dont know how.
thank you

The code in this thread is mighty big. Are you sure we need all this code? When a source file is this big it is easier to have it in a separate file that can be attached to the post.

Members who want to see the code can do so by clicking the 'Reply' button and the code will be shown in the reply box within the quote tags.
