To populate a drop down menu by the option chosen in other

hello
i need a help regarding populating a drop down menu from the values in an database when a particular option is chosen in the previous menu.
let there be two menus one list the type of employee for example salesman, manager, supervisor and others ..
i want to build two drop down menus . one containing the type of employee and the other their names . so in menu with names , the names should only appear when some employee type has been selected and only those name which are under such category.
please help i am very new to php and i am unable to write a code..

Please tell do you have the table structure for this.
Example:
Table >> JobTitles
Table >> Employees
With the correct relationship with the tables.
