i hope about this post is not OT for this group. If OT, please excuse me,
and suggest me a correct newsgroup for my question. Excuse me also for my
bad english, i am italian.
So my question is... i search a "change banner" that work in php and mysql,
someone has some idea where i can to see it? Some suggestion?

There's a million and one (plus a few =) ) various banner rotation scripts
available. As I personally hate banners of _any_ description and would
never contemplate using them, I couldn't tell you which are better than
others, but you should find a rake of them on hotscripts to keep you
entertained for a while =)
