EasyPHP? - PHP

Sure..sounds easy. I installed this in windows XP - got it running.
But how do I CHMOD the files? Anybody using this software?

I use it, you can't CHMOD the files to my knowledge - i just go into windows
explorer and change the file permissions to get what I want, then do it
properly once i upload it.
