Help - Suggestions needed

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for a php/mySQL based system that would allow, within a
business, someone to assign and re-assign job/tasks to another, with issue
logs and contact management. I checked dotProject, but it seemed a little
bit too complex to implement. Any suggestion is much appreciated.
