about modperl

Hi friends,

I have a doubt about modperl, that how to pass the perl variable according with form values through anchor tag and the output must be come on a frame in another programme. That means, frames written in a modperl programme, and the anchor tag is written in another modperl programme. So,how it is possible?

For example,

while(@a = $sth->fetchrow_array())
{
   <a href="some path of the output to be displayed" target="frame name"></a>
}

With this code i can pass the perl variables but not form values so friends give me the solution.
