Hi masters can any one help me plzzz.

I have to parse a XML file..

Here is example

<Root><An>56565</An><The><value/></The></Root>

Here i need to parse this xml to get the result as

some_var[0]=An*56565s
some_var[1]=The*value

[numberwhun]

You provided only two lines of code here, not enough for us to see everything you are doing and using.

I would suggest that you read up on the XML::Parser module from CPAN and see if that will do what you are looking to do.
