hi all

i am new to perl.. i had been assigned to log file analyser project... my overall requirement is not being given... things i will have to complete is being told part by part.. now they have said that i need to calculate the page hits for a given server... i cant understand the requirement correctly can anyone guide me. will be greatful to whatever help i get...

this is my college project... as such here no one knows perl... so i am finding it very difficult and i myself have started learning it few months before only...so i too dont know things completely,,,,

i dont know where i can get sites that would describe things from the scrap..


any kind of help is accepted.
